Privacy Policy

We collect as little personal data as we can, use it only to reply to you, and never sell it.

This policy explains how VYYB AI Technologies Ltd (“VYYB”, “we”, “us”) handles personal data when you visit vyybai.com or contact us. We are based at H-00-01-03-OF-05, Dubai AI Campus, Level 3 Innovation One, DIFC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and we process personal data in line with the DIFC Data Protection Law (DIFC Law No. 5 of 2020) and its Regulations. Where it applies, we also follow UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

1. Who is responsible for your data

VYYB AI Technologies Ltd is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. For any privacy question or request, email connect@vyybai.com with “Privacy” in the subject line.

2. What we collect

When you send the contact form or email us, we collect the details you choose to give us:

  • Contact details Your name, email address and, if you add it, your phone number.
  • Business details Your company name and, if you add it, the size of your space.
  • Your message Anything you write to us about your space or your enquiry.

Our hosting provider also records standard technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the time of your request, to deliver the site and keep it secure.

We do not ask for sensitive personal data. Please don’t include it in your message.

3. Cookies and tracking

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the website, for example which pages are viewed, how people arrive here and whether an enquiry form was sent. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (such as _ga) and collects information such as pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type. It does not receive what you type into our forms. Google processes this data on our behalf under the Google Privacy Policy. You can block these cookies in your browser settings, or opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell your data.

Our fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. To do this, your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address. Google’s handling of that data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.

4. Why we use your data, and our lawful basis

  • To answer your enquiry We use your details to reply, arrange a trial or prepare a proposal. Our basis is the steps you ask us to take before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
  • To measure and improve the website We use analytics data to see which pages are useful and how many enquiries the site brings in. Our basis is our legitimate interest in improving our website.
  • To run and secure the website We use technical data to deliver pages and prevent abuse. Our basis is our legitimate interest in a working, secure website.
  • To meet legal duties We may keep or share data where the law requires it.

We will not send you marketing messages unless you ask for them, and you can stop them at any time.

5. Who we share it with

We never sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with:

  • Service providers Our website host (Vercel), our email provider and our analytics provider (Google), who process data for us under contract and only on our instructions.
  • Authorities Courts, regulators or law enforcement, where the law requires it.
  • A future owner If VYYB is merged or sold, the new owner, under the same protections.

6. Transfers outside the DIFC and the UAE

Some of our service providers may store or process data outside the DIFC or the UAE. When that happens, we transfer data only to places the DIFC Commissioner of Data Protection recognises as adequate, or we put appropriate safeguards in place, such as standard contractual clauses, as the DIFC Data Protection Law requires.

7. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and any relationship that follows, and for no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. We then delete it securely.

8. How we protect it

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to enquiries is limited to the people at VYYB who need it, and our providers are required to protect your data. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational steps to prevent loss, misuse or unauthorised access.

9. Your rights

Under the DIFC Data Protection Law, and UAE law where it applies, you can ask us to:

  • Access Tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy.
  • Correct Fix data that is wrong or incomplete.
  • Delete Erase your data when we no longer have a reason to keep it.
  • Restrict or object Limit how we use your data, or object to uses based on our legitimate interests, including any direct marketing.
  • Port Give you your data in a commonly used format, or send it to someone else.
  • Withdraw consent Where we rely on your consent, withdraw it at any time.

Email connect@vyybai.com to make a request. We will reply within one month and will not charge you, unless a request is clearly unfounded or excessive.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the DIFC Commissioner of Data Protection.

10. Children

This website is for businesses. It is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top always shows the latest version. If we make significant changes, we will make them clear on this page.
