The rules that apply when you use vyybai.com.
These terms apply to your use of vyybai.com (the “website”), which is run by VYYB AI Technologies Ltd (“VYYB”, “we”, “us”), H-00-01-03-OF-05, Dubai AI Campus, Level 3 Innovation One, DIFC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.
1. About the website
The website gives general information about VYYB and our AI-powered sound, climate and scent solutions for commercial spaces. It is not an offer to sell. Any product, trial or service we provide is governed by a separate written agreement between you and VYYB, which will take priority over these terms.
Products described as “in development” or “coming soon” are not yet available. Their features, timing and availability may change.
2. Using the website
You may use the website for lawful purposes only. You must not:
- Break the law Use the website in a way that breaks any law in the DIFC, the UAE or elsewhere, including UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2021 on Combating Rumours and Cybercrimes.
- Harm the website Try to gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, overload our systems or interfere with how the website works.
- Misuse the contact form Send spam, false information, or content that is offensive, defamatory or infringes anyone’s rights.
- Scrape or copy Use automated tools to collect content or data from the website without our written permission.
3. Intellectual property
The VYYB name and logos, and all text, images, video, graphics, design and code on the website, belong to VYYB or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own business use. You may not copy, change, republish or use them commercially without our written permission.
Third-party names and logos shown on the website, including those of our partners, belong to their owners and are used for identification only.
4. Information on the website
We work to keep the website accurate and up to date, but its content is for general information only. It is not professional advice. Articles in our Insights section reflect our views at the time of writing. Results described for any space depend on the location, setup and how the service is used.
5. Links to other websites
The website may link to sites run by others. We don’t control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
6. Availability
We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website at any time without notice. We don’t guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors or viruses.
7. Liability
The website is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, VYYB is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website or its content, including loss of profit, business or data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data you share with us. It also explains the analytics cookies the website uses.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre. Any dispute arising from them or from your use of the website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top always shows the latest version, and continuing to use the website means you accept the updated terms.
